Midnight Chronicles
Well, this one came out of nowhere. Maybe we'll finally get a D&D movie that won't suck. It looks like something between a made for TV movie and a theatrical release. Sure, its cashing in on the Lord of the Rings movies, but its integrity that matters right now, I think.
If it does well and Fantasy Flight makes some cash I can't wait to see some new $120 board games. ;)

The comparison to LotR isn't surprising, considering the premise of Midnight is basically, "What would Middle-Earth be like if Sauron won?"
Could be good. Of course, it could be another "Hawk the Slayer" ... *shudder*
