Weekly Movie Night

Hey Kids,

There is nothing like sitting down to a nice art film after a hard days work.

So, I present the Weekly Movie Night.

Every Thursday at 8pm - Showtime to begin around 8:30.

Depending on how it goes in the first few weeks, this may become a permanent feature. My house, Thursdays, 8pm... what could go wrong.

This weeks feature:

"Demonia" - Lucio Fulci, 1990
In southeast Sicily, a team of archaeologists investagate the ruins of a crypt where heretic nuns had been stoned and crucified by the village people in the 16th century. Soon strange things begin to happen, and Liza, one of the team members, starts to have surreal dreams about the nuns. Then the graphic violence begins, starting with a decapitaion! The answers lie in the ancient crypt of the nuns...

Sounds fun. Carolyn has been closing on Thursdays and I work open a lot of Fridays, but I'll make it when I can.

Demonia... spooky evil ghost nuns. a couple of quality kills, a few hungry cats. But i still wanna know how a 13th century nun learns how to fire a harpoon gun

Well, it's kinda like a crossbow, so I can sorta see it, and her ghost had to be naked so she wouldn't get her robes tangled in the ... no, wait, nevermind, that doesn't make sense either.

My favorite edit was the guy running the forest: "I'm running! I'm running! I'm-a gonna save you! I'm run ... oh now I'm upside down with my legs tied between two trees and my hands staked to the ground! How convenient for the director!"

WTF?!?
