Nope. Ninja Cheerleaders is still worse. Sorry.
Here's the difference: With Batman and Robin, every person involved in that production, from the producer on down to the grips, should have known better. It's obvious that morons made Ninja Cheerleaders, but you can't expect much out of morons.
And the House that Screamed was still the worst movie I've ever seen ... and that even got a sequel!!! What the hell is wrong with this world?!?
